How it works

Open the app and choose the 7–8am pickup window. It’s available seven days a week.

A driver collects your bag from your door, your doorman or your hotel front desk during that hour.

Washed, dried and folded at our Upper West Side facility and delivered between 6 and 7pm the same day.

Picked up 7–8am: back the same day, between 6 and 7pm.
Picked up in any later window: back the next day, in a limited 9am–noon delivery window or any window from noon to 7pm.
Dry cleaning: 24–48 hours longer than wash and fold, so it isn’t same-day.
