Which hotels do you serve?
Any hotel in Manhattan below 135th Street. Enter your hotel’s address in the app to confirm and see pickup times. Front desks accept and hold deliveries at almost every hotel; if yours doesn’t, text us and we’ll coordinate.
Can I get it back before an early flight?
Schedule a 7–8am pickup the day before and it’s back that evening between 6–7pm. Text us at (212) 280-5078 for anything tighter.
Do I need to be at the hotel?
No. Most guests leave the bag with the front desk and we hand off with hotel staff. Just add your name and room number in the app’s delivery notes.
Do you wash delicates or dry cleaning?
We specialize in wash-and-fold. Everything is machine washed and dried; note special-care items in the app and we’ll let you know what we can do.
