Guests book and pay in the Green Clean Laundromat app, so nothing goes on the folio and the hotel needs no account. We collect and return at the desk in the guest’s 1-hour window and sign in and out with your staff.

Can I get it back before an early flight?
Schedule a 7–8am pickup the day before and it’s back that evening between 6 and 7pm, folded and ready to pack. Every other window comes back the next day: a limited number of 9am–noon delivery windows, or any window from noon to 7pm.
What does a typical hotel order cost?
$1.90 a pound with no pickup or delivery fee and a 10 lb minimum charge. A mid-trip load of 10–15 pounds is $19–28.50, and your first order is 20% off. You’re charged in the app after weighing, so nothing goes on your hotel bill.
Do you do dry cleaning or delicates?
Yes. Put suits, silk and anything marked dry clean only in a separate bag and flag it in the app; it goes to our partner cleaner and comes back pressed on hangers, 24–48 hours later than wash & fold, priced per item (shirts from $4.50). Wash and fold is washed cold and can be air-dried on request.
What if the front desk won’t hold bags?
Almost every Manhattan hotel does. If yours won’t, text us at (212) 280-5078 and we’ll arrange a hand-off with the bell desk, a package room, or you directly.
