3. We wash, dry, and fold
Everything is professionally washed, dried, and folded at our Upper West Side facility.
4. Delivered back to your hotel
Your clean laundry comes back to the front desk, folded and ready to go straight into your suitcase — same evening if you scheduled the morning pickup.

FAQ
Do I need to be at the hotel for pickup or delivery?
No. Most guests leave their bag with the front desk and we hand off with hotel staff. Just add your name and room number in the app's delivery notes.
How fast will I get my laundry back?
Schedule pickup for our 7–8am window and your laundry comes back the same day between 6–7pm. Pickups scheduled after that window are ready the next day, with delivery starting as early as 7–8am. Either way, you're never more than a day from clean clothes.
How much does it cost?
$1.80 per pound with free pickup and delivery, no minimums, and no hidden fees. A typical mid-trip load runs $25–40. First-time customers get 20% off.
What if I check out before my laundry comes back?
Checking out tomorrow? Schedule the 7–8am pickup and you'll have everything back by 6–7pm tonight. If your plans change mid-order, message us in the app or text us and we'll work out timing or an alternate drop-off.
Do you wash delicates or dry cleaning?
We specialize in wash-and-fold service. Everything is machine washed and dried — if you have special-care items, note them in the app and we'll let you know what we can do.
