Where does Green Clean deliver?
All of Manhattan below 135th Street. Pickup and delivery are free everywhere we serve. See every neighborhood →
How long does it take?
Bags picked up between 7 and 8am come back the same evening, 6–7pm. Bags picked up later come back the next day, with delivery starting as early as 7–8am.
How long is the pickup window?
One hour. You choose it in the app, anytime between 7am and 7pm, seven days a week.
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave the bag at your door, with your doorman or concierge, or in a designated spot, and add instructions in the app. We deliver back the same way.
Are there laundry services that pick up from doorman buildings?
Yes. Green Clean picks up from doorman buildings, walk-ups, hotel front desks and concierge desks across Manhattan.
Pricing & payment
How much does wash & fold cost?

Is there a minimum order?
No minimums. We’ll wash what you send, no matter how much or how little.
How does the 20% first-order discount work?
It applies automatically to your first order in the app. No code needed.
How much does dry cleaning cost?
Per item: shirts from $4.50, pants $10, blouses $9.50, dresses from $18, two-piece suits $20. Everything comes back pressed on hangers in 24–48 hours.
Is there a laundry service in NYC with no delivery fees?
Green Clean charges no delivery fees, no service fees, and no subscription fees. You pay only for the laundry itself.
Washing & care
Are my clothes washed with other people’s?
No. Every order is processed individually. Your clothes are never combined with another customer’s load.
Do you separate lights and colors?
Yes. Everything is sorted by color and processed with fabric-safe settings. Delicates are handled separately.
What detergent do you use?
You choose at checkout in the app: Tide, or Free & Clear (fragrance and dye free) at no extra charge.
How should I pack my items?
Place everyday laundry in one bag and dry cleaning items in a separate labeled bag.
Can I wash comforters and large items?
Yes. Comforters and duvets are priced per item ($28–$45 depending on size) and blankets by weight at $1.80/lb. The price shows in the app before you confirm.
What’s the difference between wash and fold and dry cleaning?
Wash and fold is for everyday items: t-shirts, jeans, towels, sheets. Dry cleaning is for delicate or structured garments like suits, dresses and silk blouses. Green Clean offers both.
