How is the weight measured?
Your bag is weighed at our facility before washing. The weight and total appear in the app before your card is charged.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. Orders are billed at a 10 lb minimum, so anything under 10 lb comes to $19, picked up and delivered.
How does the 20% first-order discount work?
It applies automatically to your first order in the app. No code needed.
When am I charged?
After weighing, before delivery. You get a receipt in the app.
