Schedule a pickup
Choose any 1-hour window between 7am and 7pm, seven days a week. Leave any bag at your door or with your doorman — you don’t need to be home.

Clean clothes at your door
Washed, dried and folded at our own facility on the Upper West Side, sorted by color and dried to protect fabrics. Track the order in the app from pickup to delivery.

Good to know
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave the bag at your door, with your doorman, or wherever your building notes say. We deliver back the same way.
How do you sort and wash?
Lights and darks are separated and washed at the right temperature, then dried to protect fabrics. Delicates are handled separately.
What if I need to change my pickup?
Message us in the app or text us at (212) 280-5078 and we’ll work out the timing.
