Schedule a pickup
Choose any 1-hour window between 7am and 7pm, seven days a week. Leave any bag at your door or with your doorman — you don’t need to be home.

Clean clothes at your door
Washed, dried and folded at our own facility on the Upper West Side, sorted by color and dried to protect fabrics. Track the order in the app from pickup to delivery.

Where we pick up
Doorman buildings: leave the bag with the doorman or in the package room. Add your building routine to the app once.
Walk-ups and brownstones: leave the bag inside the entrance or on your landing during your window, and note where in the app.
Hotels: leave the bag at the front desk and add your name and room number in the delivery notes. See hotel laundry service.
Offices, gyms and studios: set up standing pickups with laundry for businesses.
Windows and turnaround
Picked up 7–8am, it’s back the same evening, 6–7pm, free. Later pickups come back the next day. Dry cleaning takes 24–48 hours longer. More on same-day laundry.
What pickup and delivery cost
Nothing: no pickup, delivery, rush or service fees and no subscription. You pay only for the laundry: $1.90/lb for wash and fold (10 lb minimum) or per item for dry cleaning. Your first order is 20% off.

Pickup and delivery questions
Can I order by phone?
No. Orders are placed in the app so your address, window and preferences are saved. For anything else, text (212) 280-5078. Texts are answered 7am–7pm every day.
Do you provide laundry bags?
No. Any bag works. Use a separate bag for dry cleaning and another for anything you want hang-dried.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Order updates are in the app, and you get a notification when your laundry is picked up and when it’s delivered.
Good to know
How do you sort and wash?
Lights and darks are separated and washed cold unless you ask otherwise, then dried to protect fabrics. Delicates are handled separately.
What if I need to change my pickup?
