• Approximate location from IP; precise location if you enable it in the App

• Logistics and POS partners (e.g., CleanCloud) to manage orders, routing, notifications
• Marketing/analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for site/app performance

4) HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• Schedule pickups/deliveries and fulfill orders
• Save and apply your cleaning preferences

Marketing: We may send you promotions or offers. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link. Transactional messages (order updates, receipts) will continue.

5) SMS/TEXT MESSAGING
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS related to your orders (e.g., pickup reminders, delivery updates). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP; for help reply HELP. We may use an SMS provider to deliver these messages.

6) PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Your use of payment services is subject to the processor’s own privacy policy and terms.

7) DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We may disclose information to:
• Service providers and vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., CleanCloud POS, couriers, cloud hosting, customer support, analytics, SMS/email delivery, payment processing)
• Business customers (for commercial accounts) for necessary service coordination

• Successors in interest in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by certain U.S. state laws. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide required opt-out mechanisms.

8) YOUR CHOICES & RIGHTS
• Email marketing: Unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
• SMS: Reply STOP to opt out.
• Cookies/Tracking: See Section 9 and your browser settings.
• Location data (App): You can disable precise location in your device settings; some features may be limited.
• Access/Deletion/Correction: Depending on your state, you may have rights to request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information. See Section 12 for how to submit a request.
