What’s included in every wash & fold order
Weighed dry at 981 Columbus Ave, sorted by color and washed cold unless you ask otherwise. The same team dries, folds and bags it, then brings it back to your door, lobby or front desk.
Detergent: Tide or Free & Clear (hypoallergenic), your choice, at no charge.
Hang-dry: free. Put those items in their own bag and note it in the app.
Bags: any bag works. We don’t provide laundry bags.
Bedding: sheets, towels and blankets go by the pound. Comforters and duvets are priced per item, from $25.
What a typical order costs
$1.90 per pound, free pickup and delivery, no fees. Orders under 10 lb are billed as 10 lb, and your first order is 20% off in the app.
Up to 10 lb, a light week for one person: $19.00
15 lb, a normal week for one or two people: $28.50
20 lb, a full hamper: $38.00

Turnaround
Book the 7–8am window and it’s back the same evening, 6–7pm, at no extra charge. Later windows come back the next day. Need it today? Read how same-day laundry works.
How to pack your bag
Anything to hang-dry in a second bag, noted in the app.
Dry cleaning in its own labeled bag. It goes to our partner cleaner and comes back 24–48 hours after your wash and fold.
Note any stains, and what caused them, in the app so we can pre-treat them.

What if my order is under 10 pounds?
It’s billed at the 10 lb minimum, which is $19. Anything over 10 lb is priced by the pound.
Can I drop off instead?
Yes. Our counter at 981 Columbus Ave, between 108th and 109th Streets, is open Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. Most customers use pickup and delivery in the app.
