Green Clean Laundromat is a full-service laundromat and on-demand pickup and delivery service based on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. We operate out of our own facility at 981 Columbus Ave — which means every wash & fold order is handled by our own team, under one roof. Dry cleaning goes to our trusted partner cleaner and comes back with your order.
Why we built it
Laundry should be the easiest part of your week, not the most annoying one. Most Manhattan apartments don’t have in-unit washers and dryers, which means dragging a bag down the block, waiting at a laundromat, and dragging it back — every single week. We built an alternative that fits into how New Yorkers actually live.
What we do
Wash and fold, dry cleaning, and pickup and delivery across all of Manhattan below 135th Street. You schedule through the app, leave your bag at your door or with your doorman, and get everything back clean and folded — usually by the next day. Select the 7–8am pickup window and your laundry comes back the same day at no extra charge.
$1.90
per pound, wash and fold. No pickup fee. No delivery fee. 10 lb minimum. Your first order is 20% off.
Why we’re different
Most laundry apps are marketplaces
They take your order, send it to a third-party laundromat somewhere in Brooklyn or Queens, and deliver it back. You don’t know who’s handling your clothes or under what conditions.
We own our facility
When you place a wash & fold order, it goes to our location at 981 Columbus Ave, processed by our staff, using our machines. Dry cleaning is handled by our trusted partner cleaner and returned with the rest of your order. Consistent quality, real accountability, and a team you can actually reach.
We’re a real storefront
Our counter at 981 Columbus Ave is open Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, for drop-off and walk-ins. Come in person or never leave your apartment — either works.
