About Green Clean Laundromat

 

Green Clean Laundromat is a full-service laundromat and on-demand laundry pickup and delivery service based on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. We operate out of our own facility at 981 Columbus Ave — which means every order is handled in-house, by our team, under one roof.

 

We built Green Clean Laundromat around a simple idea: laundry should be the easiest part of your week, not the most annoying one. Most Manhattan apartments don't have in-unit washers and dryers. That means dragging a bag down the block, waiting at a laundromat, and dragging it back — every single week. We built an alternative that fits into how New Yorkers actually live.

 

What We Do

 

Green Clean Laundromat offers wash and fold, dry cleaning, and pickup and delivery across all of Manhattan below 135th Street. You schedule through the app, leave your bag at your door or with your doorman, and get everything back clean and folded — usually within 24 hours. Select the 7–8am pickup window and your laundry comes back the same day at no extra charge.

 

Wash and fold is $1.70 per pound. No pickup fee. No delivery fee. No minimum order. Your first order is free.

 

Why We're Different

 

Most laundry apps are marketplaces. They take your order, send it to a third-party laundromat somewhere in Brooklyn or Queens, and deliver it back. You don't know who's handling your clothes or under what conditions.

Green Clean Laundromat is different. We own and operate our facility at 981 Columbus Ave. When you place an order, it goes to our location, processed by our staff, using our machines. That means consistent quality, real accountability, and a team you can actually reach.

 

We're also a real storefront — open seven days a week for self-service, drop-off, and walk-ins. You can come in person or never leave your apartment. Either works.
