Laundry pickup & delivery in Morningside Heights

Green Clean Laundromat is a few blocks south of Morningside Heights at 981 Columbus Ave, so the Columbia and Barnard campus area, the faculty and student buildings on Claremont, Riverside, and Amsterdam, and the walk-ups along Broadway from 110th to 125th are among our fastest pickups. We serve dorms and university housing too — leave the bag with your building's front desk or security and note the building name in the app.

How pickup works

Columbia-managed and doorman buildings hand off at the desk; walk-ups leave the bag inside the front door or on the landing during your 1-hour window. Pickups run seven days a week from 7am. Book the 7–8am window and your laundry is back between 6–7pm the same day — and with 10 lb minimum, a single week of student laundry is a normal order for us.

Where we cover

Morningside Heights from 110th Street to 125th Street, between Morningside Park and Riverside Park, in ZIP codes 10025 and 10027. That includes Columbia's main campus and Barnard on Broadway, Teachers College on 120th, the Cathedral of St. John the Divine on Amsterdam, Riverside Church, Grant's Tomb on Riverside Drive, and the Manhattanville campus just to the north.

Local tip

Around move-in, midterms and finals, pickup windows fill up faster, so book a day ahead if you need a specific slot. For dorms, write the full building name and room number in the app, since several Columbia buildings share a front desk.

Common question

Can parents set this up for a student?

Yes. Anyone can place an order for another address, and delivery can go to the building's desk.

Dry cleaning

Dry cleaning, such as interview suits or formal wear, goes in a separate bag for our partner cleaner.
