Laundry pickup & delivery in East Harlem

Green Clean picks up and delivers across East Harlem — from the brownstone blocks of the 100s and 110s between Fifth and Third, to the NYCHA and Mitchell-Lama towers along First and Second Avenues, to the new rentals going up around 125th and Lexington. Many buildings here have no laundry room, or one small one that's always busy, so most orders are weekly wash and fold from families and Mount Sinai staff.

Walk-ups leave the bag inside the front door or on the landing during your 1-hour window and add a note in the app; buildings with a lobby attendant hand off there. Pickups run seven days a week from 7am, and the 7–8am window brings everything back folded between 6–7pm the same day. Service runs up to 135th Street.

Where we cover

East Harlem (El Barrio) from 96th Street north, Fifth Avenue to the East River, across ZIP codes 10029 and 10035, up to our 135th Street limit. That takes in the Mount Sinai campus at 98th and Madison, El Museo del Barrio and the museums at the top of Museum Mile, La Marqueta under the Park Avenue viaduct at 115th, Thomas Jefferson Park on the river, and the 116th Street shopping strip.

Local tip

In larger developments with a security booth rather than a lobby desk, ask whether the guard accepts packages. If not, the landing or inside the front door with a clear note works best.

Common question

Is there a minimum?

Yes, 10 lb, about one full laundry bag, so most households hit it with a normal week of clothes. Towels, bedding and work uniforms are all washed at the same $1.90 per pound rate.

Dry cleaning

Dry cleaning goes in a separate bag and is handled by our partner cleaner.
