Laundry pickup & delivery in the Flatiron District

Green Clean serves the Flatiron District — the loft conversions and condos along Fifth and Broadway between 14th and 26th, the doorman buildings around Madison Square Park, and the townhouse blocks toward Gramercy. Lofts and converted buildings often have a super or a front desk rather than a full-time doorman: tell us in the app where to find the bag (lobby, vestibule, or with the attendant) and we'll follow the note.

Pickups run seven days a week in 1-hour windows from 7am, and the 7–8am window returns everything folded between 6–7pm the same day. Flatiron's hotels are covered too — enter the hotel address and your room number in the delivery notes.

Where we cover

The Flatiron District sits between 14th and 26th Streets, from Sixth Avenue to Park Avenue South, mostly in ZIP code 10010 with parts of 10003 and 10011. It includes the Flatiron Building at the corner of Fifth and Broadway, Madison Square Park, the Ladies' Mile stretch of Sixth Avenue with its old department store buildings, and Eataly on 23rd.

Local tip

Many Flatiron lofts have one elevator shared with offices on lower floors. If your lobby gets busy during business hours, the early 7am or evening windows are usually easier handoffs.

Common question

Do you wash bulky items like comforters?

Yes. Blankets and throws go by the pound, and duvets and comforters are priced per item. Tech and media workers who live in the neighborhood's lofts often send a weekly order so laundry never touches their weekend.

Dry cleaning

Dry cleaning goes in a separate bag for our partner cleaner.
