Laundry, done from your phone
Green Clean picks up and delivers across Battery Park City — Gateway Plaza, the Rector Place and Battery Place co-ops and rentals, the North End Avenue towers, and everything along the esplanade. Every building here is full-service: leave your bag at the front desk with your name on it and our driver hands off with the doorman, so you never need to be home.
Many BPC buildings have laundry rooms, but a weekly wash and fold at $1.90/lb with free pickup usually costs less than the machines plus your Saturday. Pickups run seven days a week in 1-hour windows from 7am; the 7–8am window returns your laundry between 6–7pm the same day.
Where we cover
Battery Park City is the planned neighborhood on landfill west of West Street, from Chambers Street down to Battery Park, in ZIP codes 10280 and 10282. It includes Brookfield Place and its Winter Garden, Rockefeller Park and Teardrop Park in the north end, the North Cove marina, Stuyvesant High School, the Museum of Jewish Heritage, and the Irish Hunger Memorial.
Local tip
West Street traffic can slow access, especially at rush hour, so the earliest and latest windows are usually quickest for BPC deliveries. North End buildings near Stuyvesant can also get busy around school arrival and dismissal.
