Laundry pickup & delivery in the Garment District

Green Clean Laundromat serves the Garment District — the converted loft buildings and newer residential towers between 34th and 42nd Streets west of Sixth Avenue, plus the dense cluster of hotels around Penn Station, Herald Square, and Times Square South. Residential buildings here almost all have a doorman or a managed lobby, so leave your bag at the desk with your name and apartment number.

Because of the hotel density, this is one of our most common hotel-guest routes: enter your hotel address in the app, add your room number in the notes, and leave the bag with the front desk. Pickups run seven days a week in 1-hour windows from 7am; the 7–8am window brings laundry back between 6–7pm the same day, which works well for a mid-trip reset.

Where we cover

The Garment District, roughly 34th Street to 42nd Street between Fifth and Ninth Avenues, in ZIP codes 10001 and 10018. That takes in Seventh Avenue (Fashion Avenue), Macy's at Herald Square, Penn Station and Madison Square Garden, the Port Authority Bus Terminal and the southern edge of Times Square.

Local tip

Traffic around Madison Square Garden is heavy before events, so on game and concert nights we recommend the earlier pickup windows or a hotel desk drop-off.

Common question

Can I send laundry from a hotel and get it back at the same hotel?

Yes. Enter the hotel address and room number, and we return it to the same desk. If you're checking out the next day, the 7 to 8am window keeps everything on a same-day schedule.

Dry cleaning

Fashion industry samples and anything labeled dry clean only go in a separate bag for our partner cleaner.
